Centre yourselfis designed transcend from the past based, ever changing, dynamic outer self to inner self which is pure, silent and static in nature. Transcend or Navigate deep within which sometimes happens automatically. 

This center or what we call Spiritual centre is always within but because of the activities in the Outer truth or superficial reality such as thinking, planning, imagining, seeing, listening, touching, tasting, hugging etc ., We are distracted because of our peripheral domination originating from body, Mind and existence. Now actively cultivate source from within which is inbuilt, inherent universal essence independent of people, situations & circumstances

GENERAL INSTRUCTION

  1. Center yourself is a meditation 
  2. 24 x 7 keep the practice, It’s A Tapasya, “austerity,” or spiritual discipline
  3. Just do not read ALL 21 DAYS PRACTICE TOGETHER everything together, which is just a theory. 
  4. Be in the present
  5. Non resistance to existence: when you do not resist you are in the center.
  6. Non judgement is one more technique which helps to attain center
  7. Harmony in Periphery which has body mind, emotions and ecosystem is helpful
  8. In the periphery relax ,do not be serious, do not compare & avoid perfection.
  9. Navigating deep within to the center is a automatic phenomena of transcendence

DAY 1 

PRACTICE 

Let us be conscious and watch our periphery and our center 24 x7

Today, Day to navigate to no thought state

 This no thought state  is our center

Recognise your thoughts in the periphery which originating from body [physical Being], mind[psychological Being ], emotions [Emotional Being ]and Ecosystem[ ecological being].

If your thoughts are distracting, take a several deep breaths and start watching your thoughts.

Take a deep breath several times and observe silence.

When we close our eyes and observe the silence we can witness both thoughts and no thought state. Transcend or Navigate deep within to Deeper Being which has no thoughts,.

INNER PRESENCE IS FREE OF THOUGHTS AND IT IS INHERENT PART OF US

DAY 2

PRACTICE 

Let us be conscious and watch our periphery and our center 24 x7

Today, Day to navigate Deeper Being – This silent being is our center

Recognise your superficial Beings in the periphery which has body [physical Being], mind [psychological Being], emotions [Emotional Being ]and ecosystem[ ecological being].

Take a deep breath several times and observe silence.

Transcend or Navigate deep within to Deeper Being, which sometimes happens automatically when we close our eyes and observe the silence.

DEPTH OF BEING IS OUR SPIRITUAL DIMENSION WHICH IS INNER PEACE

DAY 3

PRACTICE

Today, Day to navigate to truth outside to truth inside 

This truth inside is our center

Truth outside has periphery which is inclusive of body [physical Being], mind[psychological Being ], emotions [Emotional Being ]and Ecosystem[ ecological being].

Take a deep breath several times and observe silence.

If your thoughts of truth outside are distracting , take a several deep breaths and start watching your thoughts.

Transcend or Navigate deep within to truth inside which has no thoughts,.

TRUTH INSIDE IS INHERENT PART OF US 

WHERE WE EXPERIENCE TRANQUIL PRESENCE

DAY 4 

PRACTICE 

Let us be conscious and watch our periphery and our center 24 x7

Today, Day to navigate to superficial self to deeper self 

Recognise your superficial self [Ecoself] in the periphery which has body [physical self], mind[psychological self], emotions [Emotional self]

superficial self and Deeper self  together is essentially who you are

Transcend or Navigate deep within to Deeper self , which sometimes happens automatically when we close our eyes and observe the silence.

DAY 5

PRACTICE

Let us be conscious and watch our periphery and our center 24 x7

Today, Day to navigate in to stillness 

This stillness is our center

Recognise Movement or dynamicity in the periphery , stillness in the center of our existence

Take a deep breath several times and observe silence.

Transcend or Navigate deep within to stillness , which sometimes happens automatically when we close our eyes and observe the silence.

BE AWARE OF CENTER IN US

DAY 6

Today,  day to navigate to inner present 

Transcending from outer present to inner present.

Take a deep breath several times and observe silence

If your thoughts are distracting, take a several deep breaths and start watching your thoughts in the outer present.

Transcend or Navigate deep within to inner present, which sometimes happens automatically when we close our eyes and observe the silence.

INNER  PRESENT HAS NO CONSCIOUSNESS

DAY 7 

PRACTICE

Today,  day to navigate formless self

Recognise your superficial self [Ecoself] which has form in the periphery which has body [physical self], mind[psychological self], emotions [Emotional self].

Take a deep breath several times and observe silence.

Transcend or Navigate deep within to formless self , which sometimes happens automatically when we close our eyes and observe the silence.

DAY 8 

PRACTICE

Today,  day to navigate inner spirit. 

Transcending from outer spirit to inner spirit.

 Take a deep breath several times and observe silence

If your thoughts are distracting in the outer spirit, take a several deep breaths and start watching your thoughts.

Transcending from outer chaos to inner silence

If your thoughts are distracting in the outer chaos, take a several deep breaths and start watching your thoughts.

DAY 10

PRACTICE

Today,  day to navigate deep within  Real state.

Transcending from illusory state  to Real state.

Transcending from Doing  to Being

Recognise your superficial Doings from the periphery of  body [physical Being], mind [psychological Being], emotions [Emotional Being ]and ecosystem[ ecological being].

Non resistance is one of the ways to reach inner being

Transcending from outer Content to inner Content.

Take a deep breath several times and observe silence

Recognise your superficial contents in the periphery which has body [physical content], mind [psychological content], emotions [Emotional content ]and ecosystem[ ecological content].

Outer Content we have thoughts, which are distracting, please remember outer contents are only expression or labels.

Take a several deep breaths and start watching your thoughts.

Transcend or Navigate deep within to inner Content, which sometimes happens automatically when we close our eyes and observe the silence.

DEEPER REALITY- NO CONTENT 

DAY 14

Transcending from creation to Source of creation

As per today’s science quantum stuff creates creation

Ooze of the quantum field is the structured universe

ACTIVELY CULTIVATE SOURCE FROM WITHIN WHICH IS INBUILT, INHERENT UNIVERSAL ESSENCE INDEPENDENT OF PEOPLE, SITUATIONS & CIRCUMSTANCES

Transcending from outer ego/ identity  to egoless state.

DAY 16

Transcending from outer nature to inner nature.

In the Outer nature we can see billions of galaxies and we are in the solar system with beautiful earth

DAY 17

Today,  day to navigate to inner unitedness

Transcending from outer uniqueness to inner unitedness.

In the periphery everything is unique by itself. Please remember even in a single atom quantum field is unique

DAY 18

Today,  day to navigate timelessness

Transcending from time  to timeless

Time  distracts us but note it is a notion out of brain.

DAY 19

 PRACTICE

Today,  day to navigate  inner consciousness 

Transcending from outer consciousness to inner consciousness.

Take a deep breath several times and observe silence

Thoughts are distracting at outer consciousness, take a several deep breaths and start watching your thoughts.

Transcend or Navigate deep within to inner consciousness, which sometimes happens automatically when we close our eyes and observe the silence.

DEEPER REALITY- NO THOUGHTS –NO CONSCIOUSNESS 

DAY 20 

PRACTICE

Today,  Day to navigate Deeper identity

 This Deeper identity is our center

Recognise your superficial Identities in the periphery which has body [physical self], mind[psychological self ], emotions [Emotional self ] and Ecosystem [ Eco self].

Take a deep breath several times and observe silence.

Transcend or Navigate deep within to Deeper identity where there is no I, No Content & No consciousness. 

 , which sometimes happens automatically when we close our eyes and observe the silence.

DAY 21 

PRACTICE

Today, day to navigate immortality [Deathless state]

Transcending from mortality to immortality.

Take a deep breath several times and observe silence

Recognise your mortal superficial contents in the periphery which are body [physical content], mind [psychological content], emotions [Emotional content ]and ecosystem[ ecological content].

Take a several deep breaths and start watching your thoughts.

Transcend or Navigate deep within to inner Content which is immortal and Everpresent center , what we experience during deep sleep, intrauterine life, new born period and  during death.

DEEPER REALITY- NO CONTENT 

Please note navigating deep within to the center  is a automatic transcendence.
