1. Body spirituality :
Body spirituality is integrating the truth with the body. Body spirituality as paying attention and enhancing aliveness and awareness of an individual towards the body. Body Spirituality promotes the development of a healthy, disease free body in the Periphery by enabling one to focus on awareness and aliveness of the body in the Present through balanced nourishment, intake of plenty of fluids (water and organic beverages), whole grains, appropriate methods of food consumption and spiritual practises that promote positive epigenetic activity such as healthy eating, yoga, exercises, deep breathing exercises etc. … which are ecofriendly. The body is a dynamic tool and it is not advised to conform it to a sedentary lifestyle which is the primary cause for a lot of diseases. Daily activities like work, walking, swimming, bathing etc are to be practised as forms of meditation.Eating fresh and healthy food, Exercise, practicing deep breathing, reducing weight by scientific methods, avoiding junks, avoiding addiction, and Practicing yoga.
2. Mind Spirituality :
Mind is a bundle of thoughts or flow of thoughts. Mind is referred to as the cultivated dimension because at birth, we had no mind. We accumulate memory when we are programmed through society (language, religion, region, nationality, caste, colour etc.) Mind is just an interpretation of pre conceived data, data which is conceived and assimilated by us like a sponge after we are born, from our family, surroundings and society. The language you speak, the Gods you worship, the kind of food you prefer, your views on important matters is largely influenced by your family and surroundings.
Mind spirituality means paying attention and enhancing aliveness and awareness of an individual towards the thoughts and the surroundings, ultimately leading to automatic transcendence.
Positive attitudes discipline the mind into becoming open, bold, polite, rational, affable, healthy, optimistic, joyful, active, creative, realize satisfaction in life and become the crown of nature.
Negative thoughts train and condition the mind into becoming cynical, timid, quarrelsome, irrational, peevish, unhealthy, pessimistic, unhappy, sedate, lazy, dissatisfied, dejected and ultimately become a blunder of nature.
Positive thoughts such as noble thoughts, contributory thoughts, broader view thoughts and constructive thoughts will benefit us as they will enable us to become Creators in life. Negative thoughts such as evil thoughts, selfish thoughts, narrow view thoughts and destructive thoughts will be our bane and will make us Destroyers in life.
Mind Spirituality promotes the development of a positive mind that breeds positive thoughts and attitudes by helping us discover, discipline and dissolve the Mind. When these thoughts are positive, they create beneficial epigenetic activity which again influences genetic activity.
- The effects of Spirituality on mind such as calmness, peace, bliss and inner Present centeredness helps us to harmonize biochemistry of body cells thereby improving cellular function. Our thoughts and feelings can make us well or sick.
The mind can be used as an effective tool in the following ways:
- Focusing our Attention on an desirable object or area of life
- Developing thoughts of our choice
- Developing Positive/negative attitudes
- Creating Heaven/hell/bliss within ourselves
- Being a creator & creating meaning in life.
Psychosomatic means mind (psyche) and body (soma) interaction . A psychosomatic disorder is a disease which involves both mind and body. The term psychosomatic disorder is mainly used to mean … “a physical disease that is thought to be caused, or made worse, by mental factors”.
Some physical diseases are thought to be particularly prone to be made worse by mental factors such as stress and anxiety. For example, psoriasis, eczema, stomach ulcers, high blood pressure and heart disease. It is thought that the actual physical part of the illness (the extent of a rash, the level of the blood pressure, etc) can be affected by mental factors.
Note: Genetic memory is what we get through the parental genes. Genetic memory is the accrual of billions of years of evolution, the basis of our lower emotions [animal instincts].
3. Emotions Spirituality :
Emotions are evolutionary gifts to living beings. Emotions influence our thoughts and actions. Emotions exists in our brain and body in the form of neuropeptides, it’s basically chemistry in the body. According to our emotions body releases favourable or unfavourable chemicals which implies on the body and mind. We experience Positive emotions like Gratitude, Love, Contentment, Feeling Good, Happiness, Joy, Interest, Excitement etc. We experience negative emotions like Anger, Fear, Jealousy, Sadness, Loneliness… etc which can cause self-harm.

4. Eco Spirituality :
Eco spirituality connects the science of ecology with spirituality. Eco spirituality means awareness of the truth within creation or ecosystem. Identifying the truth in every aspect of the ecosystem we live in and living with that truth to become co-creators and strengthen the ecosystem is Eco Spirituality. Each act is a whole act by itself. Each act contributes towards the whole. Each one is everything, inter-connected , inclusive with the whole. Education and raising of awareness on Eco self is required for a sustainable future for all. The principle of A drop in ocean – your action matters apply here. Please remember every thought, feeling and actions has ripple effect on the ecosystem.
Ecosystem noises like Floods and mudslides, Wildfires, Drought, Storms, Water scarcity, Infectious diseases, pollution, traffic, mosquitos, foul smell, crackers…. Etc. are because of deforming, denaturing form of destruction in the ecosystem. Mankind needs every possible resource to overcome eco-noises effectively. Eco-spirituality fundamentally means living with the truth which establishes intimacy, integration, inclusiveness and involvement between oneself and every entity in nature. Eco-spirituality helps us in respecting, protecting and co-creating everything in nature.Ultimate aim of Eco spirituality is to be Ecofriendly.
5. Ever present Spirituality :
Ever present self is the deepest dimension of our existence. It is easier to understand this through science. It is the timeless state which is always present hence Ever-present state. Ever present self is otherwise called as atomic stuff or spirit or quantum field or essence.
As an individual, we attain this timeless state during deep sleep, intrauterine [womb] life, present moment, unconsciousness due to illness/ accidents [coma] and after death and in fact before birth.
Composition of Ever- Present self is atomic stuff with 99.99999999% empty like space and it is the infinite, timeless, source of creation.
Means to attain this ever-present self. Few techniques: Connecting to our natural state through Silence, Being in the Present, Becoming a witness to all the events , witness natural rhythms of life, Egonillness state or thoughtless state, Meditation, Good Sleep and Centering yourself.
