Second most important characteristic of this holistic, healthy lifestyle is the identity of spiritual center in us. When we subjectively operate with identity of centre, we can command or attain mastery over our peripheral faculties or objective existence like body, mind, emotions and ecosystem.
I am superficially /peripherally represented as body, mind & emotions in our ecosystem. I am deeply represented or my centre is essentially empty like atomic stuff or spirit or 99.9999999% empty like or quantum stuff. No two individuals are an exact match and have their own unique frequency, with no one being superior or inferior. However, at the center, we are all united. Fourth important life style is Holistic Happiness and Contentment : Holistic Happiness and Contentment needs a special mention as a important component of holistic lifestyle. We are facing an unhappiness pandemic. As per the WHO in 2019, around 280 million people worldwide are affected by depression. Unhappiness is the root cause of the problem, contributing to 75 percent of diseases. It’s crucial to prioritize happiness. Here, we are considering all five elements of nature as the basic requirements for nourishment- water, earth, air, fire and space. We can be rooted in center only when we have harmony and balanced nourishment.

Other Holistic, healthy spiritual lifestyle includes Acceptance, having Gratitude, Forgivenss, Empathy, Love , Compassion, Celebrating Life as part of one’s daily routine is good and automatically helps in centering ourselves. We have emphasised more on spiritual dimension but not discussed in details of very well-known some of the healthy lifestyle like simplicity, honesty, humbleness, staying active, cordial relationship, social attitude, etc., where center in us may not be dominant.
